Here's How We're Helping You Navigate COVID-19
As we continue to navigate through the challenges posed by the unprecedented, and evolving, COVID-19 pandemic, we firstly acknowledge those customers, friends, and family who have been personally affected by this awful virus.
The health and welfare of our customers and staff is paramount. We understand that most customers want to avoid the retail environment, so in an effort to continue supporting our retail and field service customers, here's what we're doing...
Free Delivery to Local Area
Splash's Pools retail stores are open, for our normal hours. Don't forget our on-line store offering (almost) everything you can buy in our stores.
This means you can buy In Store, Over The Phone, or On-Line. See our web shop here.
Please be aware that all dangerous goods cannot be delivered by couriers, and so cannot be ordered on-line for courier delivery. Please order these items by phone.
In an effort to help our customers who cannot personally come into the store, we are providing free 'no touch' delivery within a 15Km radius of each store.
At present, we continue our normal trading hours for all 7 days
Our retail staff have all been updated with the latest health and safety guidelines for managing COVID-19
Our staff are not allowed to work, or be on the premises, if unwell.

In-store Water Testing
Water testing is still being performed by staff.
All water bottles are wiped with sanitising solution before and after testing.
Water Testing Drop-Off
You can feel free to simply drop your water test bottles by the door, or at the counter.
If you choose to drop-off your water test sample, we will email your test sample results. Please ensure the following is on your bottle:
- First and last name
- Phone number and email address in clearly legible writing that's easy to understand
- Any problems or issues with your water or the pool
- Any questions in regard to water testing
At present our stores have a good supply of stock. We'll let you know if this changes.
